After college, he began a career in healthcare technology, working on electronic medical record software and seeing firsthand how innovation can improve lives. Geoff then moved into the medical device field, eventually becoming a National Accounts Manager at medi USA – a role in which he partners with hospitals and clinics to deliver cutting-edge medical solutions. Over years of extensive experience in medical sales and entrepreneurship, Geoff developed a reputation as a straight shooter who gets results. A lifelong sportsman and gun owner, Geoff was heartbroken by the rise in school shootings, firearm accidents, and suicides involving firearms. Rather than merely talk about the problem, he took action. Geoff became the inventor and founder of TraC Shot, a firearms safety technology startup. He designed a patented “Movement Detection Device” – an innovative firearm safety device that alerts owners of unauthorized movement. Importantly, Geoff will oppose any shortsighted cuts to our military that jeopardize readiness. He also believes we must honor our commitments to the troops: that means good pay and housing, quality healthcare for servicemembers and their families, and a VA system that actually works. America must stand by those who volunteer to wear the uniform.
   
• Confronting Global Threats: Geoff is clear-eyed about the threats we face. He will take a firm stance against adversaries like Communist China, which is engaging in unfair trade practices, military expansion, and espionage. Geoff supports economic and diplomatic measures to hold China accountable for aggression – including protecting American intellectual property and strengthening ties with allies in the Indo-Pacific. Geoff supports a lifetime ban on ex-members lobbying Congress. Public service should not be an audition for a lucrative lobbying gig. He will also push for stricter rules against members of Congress using insider information to trade stocks. No one in public office should profit from their position – Geoff will demand real enforcement of ethics rules and increased disclosure of any conflicts of interest.
   
• Transparency and Accountability: Geoff believes government works best in the sunlight. He will fight for greater transparency measures, such as making all congressional committee meetings (except those dealing with classified security matters) open to the public and streamed online. He also supports requiring bills to be posted for a minimum time before votes – no more 1,000-page bills dumped on desks overnight. • Fiscal Responsibility & Anti-Waste: A key part of reform is being a responsible steward of taxpayer money. Geoff will target wasteful spending through stronger auditing of federal agencies. In addition, Geoff wants a permanent Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution, forcing Congress to live within its means except in genuine emergencies. Geoff’s Immigration Plan:

• Secure the Border: Geoff will make border security a top priority from Day One. He supports finishing the border wall in strategic areas and providing the Border Patrol with all necessary resources – more agents, better surveillance technology, and authority to do their jobs. The humanitarian and security crisis at the southern border, with thousands crossing illegally and cartels smuggling deadly drugs, must be stopped. Geoff views a secure border as essential to national security and will treat drug cartels like the security threat they are. (He’s open to considering them as terrorist organizations to unleash further enforcement.) By controlling entry, we can regain order and save lives.
   
• Enforce the Law & End Incentives to Illegal Entry: Geoff will push for strict enforcement of immigration laws throughout the country, not just at the border. That means ensuring that anyone who commits a serious crime and is here illegally is swiftly deported. It also means cracking down on employers who knowingly hire illegal workers, undercutting American wages. Geoff supports requiring E-Verify for employers to confirm work eligibility. Additionally, he will oppose “sanctuary city” policies that defy federal law – no local government should shield those here illegally who break our laws. By removing magnets for illegal immigration and enforcing consequences, we can greatly reduce the lawlessness.
   
• Fix Legal Immigration: Geoff recognizes that our legal immigration system is outdated and inefficient, hurting both immigrants and our economy. He supports reforms to modernize the legal immigration process – for example, improving and speeding up guest worker programs so that industries like agriculture can get the seasonal workers they need lawfully. He believes in a merit-based immigration system that prioritizes skills and contributions to America, while still reunifying immediate families. Geoff will also advocate for streamlining the asylum process to quickly adjudicate claims and prevent abuse of the system. Compassion and security can go hand in hand with a well-run legal immigration system.
   
• No Amnesty, But Fair Solutions: Geoff does not support blanket amnesty for those who entered illegally, as that would reward law-breaking and encourage more of it. However, he is open to fair-minded solutions for immigrants who have lived here long-term and contributed positively, especially those brought here as children (Dreamers), provided that any legalization is paired with ironclad border security to prevent future illegal flow. Geoff’s bottom line: we must first secure the border and enforce the law, and then, from a position of strength, deal compassionately with those who remain.
